The Douglas House is a restored white clapboard farmhouse, only 35 minutes from midtown Manhattan.

Designed as a commercial film production facility (the only one of its kind), a single daily fee covers the use of the entire house, its contents and the surrounding grounds.

Douglas House is situated in Rockland County, New York on 8.5 acres of green forest and pastures and includes the main house at the north end of a gently sloping front yard dotted with large trees, a landscaped in-ground pool and a patio area to the rear, plus a weathered stable, gazebo and a barn (the latter for exterior shooting only).
